Description: Untested, sold as is, vintage later 80s HO Train Set by Model Power and Mantua. It has a brown box about 2 feet long and address label is for a Home Shopping Network warehouse in Iowa. Set looks minty and doesn't look like it has been run really. I bought 2 of these all packed into one giant box. I think the original owner got 2 of these sets in the later 80s and opened some of the stuff from both sets up to look at and then put them aside and didn't set it up. No dust or wear on them, but boxes have some light wear, Mantua ones a bit more wear. *The set has the Switcher engine and 6 cars and a caboose with no box. *The Conrail box car has one broken step and the Wilson Meats reefer car is missing a brake wheel. Everything else looks complete, the engine looks beautiful. *Set also has track as seen, *transformer, *roll out flocked ground sheet 24" by 40", *crossing gate sealed box, *signs and lights sealed bag, *a fold out light cardboard sheet with buildings and accessories to assemble, a few pieces are missing from it, *and 3 bags of trees, flocking all dried out and falling off, they look like bottle brushes now. Good looking switcher engine in this set., nice rolling stock, all very clean. Untested, sold as is.
