Description: Early 20th century Chinese glazed ceramic egg pot in excellent condition. Dragon motif. Measures 17 inches tall with a 17 inch top diameter. This has been in my family for decades. This brown glazed stoneware urn displays vibrant turquoise tones within. Large egg planter currently being used as an outdoor plant pot ( It has no drainage holes.) It has a brown background with an engraved and embossed motif of a golden dragon wrapped around. The egg cooker, or egg crate jar, was originally used to transport and store 100-year-old eggs.
