I did not find any signs of cracking on pieces. I have built this set myself and confirmed pieces using manual inventory. Manual is in decent condition but has begun to come apart from staples. As with all older sets and brown pieces always be extremely careful when handling. For figs: All figs are in decent condition but some do show signs of wear and denting marks. Please look carefully at all pictures before purchasing. The following figs have cracking: 2 - Uruk-Hai, 1 with torso crack on the right, and the beginning of one on the left. 1 with torso crack on left side. 1 - Uruk-Hai with cracked arms, both sides. Eomer - He has a really bad torso crack on the left side that goes around to the front and inside. Be extremely careful when handling him.
