The front of the dress has a shear middle piece that gives you a pop of cleavage. It has some light padding in the chest area as well. The first half of the dress has sequins and beads in a beautiful pattern that reminds me of the 1920s era. There are a few areas where the strings have some loose threads but I do have a pack of beads and sequins that came with the dress originally that you can use to fix some spots if you choose.
