To our best assessment they are either transferware or a type of sticker. They are each in excellent overall condition with light signs of wear including some degrading to the images on close inspection. and loss of gold on the rim, especially on the glass with the man in the yellow shirt. The last two photos show what appear to be manufactuing defects. The first is akin to a pontil mark which left a white raised spot with an accompanying slight pit in the glass, and the other looks like a ripple in the glass. This looks at first like a crack but it is not. It's a defect within the glass that can be felt slightly to the touch.
