Description: The jacket has wear issues, but the record looks very playable and the original notes included. All edges with heavy wear, the bottom edge split about 8" starting at the opening, tears of the paper threatening splits on the spine, and a split on the top edge about 2" center and a little bit also at the opening. The insert is very clean with no marks or tears. The LP is stored in a clear plastic sleeve and LOOKS VERY PLAYABLE with one or two light unfeelable scratches over clean vinyl, I'll grade in the range of VG+ to VG++. R12
