Description: Untitled Document Marconi-Osram GPO VT-80A Tube - Single, NOS/NIB, Made in England You are bidding on a single Marconi-Osram GPO VT-80A globe tube. These tubes were used in telephony and made from 1925 until 1945. They are very rare, especially NOS/NIB. This triode was made in England. It is not an 80 rectifier. This tube has silver plates and a large button getter. I am not able to test this other than the filament which is good. No socket and no settings on any of my tube testers. I have been selling tubes on the internet since 1998 and have been working with tubes since the early 1960's. If you have not already done so, please take a moment and look at my feedback.
