Definitely one of the best items a collector can have especially if they are a fan of Mario. It has never been opened so I do not know how fun the game is. In a couple years from now this could be worth even more. There is a seal of approval from the National Parenting Center. This could be the last copy you will find sealed in a Brand New Condition.
