Description: Includes original case. Excellent condition. Action is low on original neck joint and neck is straight with of saddle left for further adjustments. Only light wear is evident with a couple of dings on the neck (9th photo).The case is functional but has light impact damage as show in 14th photo, retention strap is long gone. I have modern Martin cases if you prefer. The original pickguard was lifting and has been replaced. This guitar has been thoroughly cleaned. A qualified tech or luthier has inspected and setup with light gauge strings, polished the frets and dressed the fingerboard. This guitar has been properly hydrated and stored at 45% humidity. The case has also been cleaned. Any noteworthy damage beyond normal wear is clearly shown in photos. Any repairs done or evidence of prior repairs are disclosed.
