Description: Bought this at an auction It appears to be working I'm not familiar with it when I connected it to my meter and turned it on DC it started off at about seven volts and counted down when I turned it on AC the fan came on and it only registered a few volts. no battery is to fully test it. selling for parts check the pictures let me know if you have questions
