MCM Mottershaw & Rowe Permanent Cutlery Wooden Teak Handles 50pcs

Description: Up for offer is an almost mint set of mid century modern cutlery dating to the mid 1950’s made by Mottershaw & Rowe in Sheffield England, they have wooden handles of a wood I am uncertain about, I have no knowledge of wood so I listed them as Teak, it also appears that the wood is laminated, that’s all I can say about the handles, help on identifying the wood would be gratefully appreciated. The knives are marked Mottershaw & Rowe Permanent Sheffield England. There are 50pcs in total with 6 settings of 8pcs per set and 2 large serving spoons.
