Description: Meco - The Wizard Of Oz 12" Vinyl VG+ Tested 1978 Open Shrink. The vinyl shows quite a bit of scuff marks from being pulled out of sleeve. Sounds better than VG+. Hardly any surface noise at all. The outer sleeve is in excellent condition in open original shrink.
