The wood is walnut and the cane is stained dark to coordinate. The bench features caned sides and back, with velvety burnt orange upholstered seating, and bolster cushions in a matching fabric. The bench is in classic American mid century style with its square frame, and the size is perfect for placing in an entry way, hallway, or at the end of your bed. It features two bolster pillows as arm rests, and decorative brass tacks at the top corners. Some light surface wear from use, including staining to the original fabric, wear to finish, light nicks or surface scratches. Caning is intact but has some slight fraying to the surface in places, and some fading to the staining in a few places.
