Description: What can you say about Minor Threat? I remember the 80s, when we all had "both albums" (or, more likely, cassettes): Minor Threat (we all had the blue pressing for some reason) and Out of Step. Later we'd get the Complete Discography on CD, and then you could just put that on and play the whole enchilada, no skips, every song a gem. The whole "straight edge" thing never took hold in Boston (land of $hitty beers like Sam Adams), but we that didn't stop us from getting loaded and blasting these tunes, doubtless some of the greatest in the hardcore/punk rock pantheon. The influence runs deep, obviously, so when it comes to rocking a shirt, you don't wanna default to some crappy print-on-demand piece of trash. Here we have the iconic cover art for the "Minor Threat" compliation album--a bona fide classic. (I remember how weird it seemed that Ian would be wearing boots. We had no way of knowing at the time--pre-internet--that it's actually Ian's kid brother Alec.) I came close to not even lising this one. I'm down to two Minor Threat tees that I love and that fit me perfectly: this one and the promo tee for "Out of Step." Whichever one goes first, I'm keeping the other. Like the gray one, this one is super soft and comfy, no flaws, fits like a dream come true (see pics). Endless life, just like the band itself. Threateningly dope!
