Description: ALL ORIGINAL CLEAN EARLY HAMILTON 992B RAILWAY SPECIAL, FACTORY CASED HAMILTON RAILROAD GOLD FILLED #11 CASE, RUNNING STRONG All original low 3 digit serial number example of a Hamilton 992B 21 jewel Railroad Grade Pocket Watch. Serial number C 380 circa 1940 railroad pocket Watch. Watch runs great with good motion and seems to keep good time but I have not checked it over a long period. Nice bold mint Arabic box car original Hamilton double sunk dial. A very attractive dial and I do not see any damage. Nice original hands. Case is a very nice near mint marked Hamilton original factory Railroad case. Case is the early number 11 case with shoulders, which is appropriate for this early 992B. A very attractive gold filled case with wry light wear and no brass showing and opens and closes easily case still has original finish on back with hardly any scratches. A nice clean good running example of a high grade very early vintage 992B railroad watch. The 992B grade is adjusted to 6 positions with alloy hairspring and balance wheel, a very high-quality 21 Jewel railroad Watch with gold train timing screws and jewel settings.
