Head DVD, Hey, Hey We’re The Monkees VHS tape, and Goldmine Magazine are all in excellent condition. Heart & Soul 45 and picture sleeve are both Very Good Plus to Near Mint condition. Rainy Jane 45 is in Bell Records company sleeve. Side 1 (Rainy Jane) is Fair condition and well worn. Very distorted at the beginning. Side 2 (Welcome To My Love) is much better, Good Plus or better. It is listenable. This record belonged to my late wife and she obviously played “Rainy Jane” a LOT!
