It does have some defects, most notably on the upper part of the spine. I’ve owned several copies of this book and this is once of the nicest copies. The paper stock that they used on this cover was terrible; most of the copies of this book have similar wear. Please take a close look at the high-res pics and judge the grade for yourself.
