Description: Very nice set of World War II US Navy Officers trousers named to Lieutenant Commander Norman H. Burton, of Oneida, New York. According to his obituary that we were able to locate online, LCD Burtonserved as a Naval Air Navigation Instructor during World War II, and remained active in the US Naval Reserves after the war. Among other things, he was a science and mathematics teacher, and principle at Oneida High School until he retired in 1975. He passed away in 2008. The trousers are composed of rayon and cotton, and feature a zippered fly and button closure. The inside waistband is named to "N.H. Burton". As private purchase trousers, there is no spec label indicating size or manufacturer. There was a silk hankerch in the pocket (clean of course), which is also included. These remain in very good condition, showing signs of age, use, and wear. Please see the pictures for more detail. Guaranteed 100% authentic in every respect for life.
