All signed in silver paint pen and the signatures and writing are in excellent condition. The actual signed item, being offered, is shown in the scan. The CD IS included along with the signed CD booklet. Shipping is $4.00 in the contiguous U.S. All others pay actual shipping. Payment Terms are: Visa and Master Card through eBay pay service.
