Description: 8" by 12" color print of Northeast Airlines Douglas DC-3 N19428 at Augusta ME in June 1958. Originally delivered to the USAF as a C-53D, this DC-3 flew for United Airlines as Mainliner Red Bluff from 1946 to 1953 when it passed to Northeast Airlines. NE flew it until 1967. It was later converted to a Turbo DC-3 and the registration was cancelled in 2011. Current status of the aircraft is unknown. Photo by Jim Singer. ****All prints are professionally scanned from slides unless noted otherwise, and printed on high quality FUJIFILM Lustre Finish Photo Paper. Imperfections, dirt, and dust from original image have been removed where possible, and color and fade correction made as needed. EBay image is a low resolution scan. Actual prints are sharper and have better color than eBay scans. Most prints are borderless, however due to cropping and format variations some may have a small white border.**** ****If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your print(s), please let me know immediately and return print(s) to me within 14 days in original condition. Buyer pays return postage. Full refund will be made as soon as I receive the returned print(s).**** ****Watermark on Ebay scan only.****
