Extensive key across bottom locating the many steam RR's, Electric railways, telegrph companies, express companies, the Pullman car company and various state institutions and schools. Well preserved, nice looking example with pleasing age patina, small minor scuff spots or light age spotting, couple short minor edge splits to fold lines, some fold lines browned and linen slightly weakened. Map is detached from the folded covers (glue holding map to folder dried). Covers Measure c. 8 1/4" H x 4 1/2" W. Map sheet when open measures 32 1/2" H x 28 1/4" W. [B12821].
