My 104 year old neighbor was in the army and air force during WWII. I do not know if this is a military ammo box though. I see no US Army stencilled on the box anywhere. Grey in color with many scratches, discoloration on metal, Scuff/rub marks, possible small dents. It does have several pre-drilled holes. Latch works good. Dark green webbed carrying handle on top. Lid is hinged. About 7.75" tall x 12" long x 5.76" wide. Repurposing for crafts, yard art, decorated item, planter, etc. IMPORTANT!!!! Please read all shipping information.
