FREIGHT SHIPPING All shipments are considered FOB (Free on Board), meaning the buyer assumes all responsibility for the shipment the moment it leaves our loading dock. Any risk of loss or damage after this point is assumed solely by the buyer. In the event of damage or loss, we are happy to assist buyers in the claims process if we helped coordinate the shipment. However, we are not responsible for any damages, loss, or deductibles. Free freight shipping to a terminal is available for most large items (some terms apply). Free shipping is only offered to orders in the continental US. Our shop also works with a number of private drivers, and we are happy to assist buyers in finding private shipping for their order if desired.
