Description: OLD SOUVENIR FELT BANNER PENNANT NEW WESTMINISTER DESCRIPTION This Listing is for a Vintage Red Felt Pennant. This Pennant is most likely from the 1940's ( maybe a little earlier ). This Pennant has NEW WESTMINISTER in White Stenciled ? Letters. This Pennant also has a Green Stitched on Felt Border that holds the 4 Green color Felt Ties. The Pennant is in very good cosmetic condition and will display nicely. You might want to steam or flatten the Pennant because the Pennant was not stored flat. I don't see any pin holes or stains on the front. Some of the Letter Paint is uneven or thin or there are some tiny missing spots, but this is not damage and is from the way the Pennant was made and is mentioned mostly for accuracy. MC-1 SIZE The Pennant measures about 23 inches across ( widest point, left to right ) and is about 7 inches tall on the left hand side. The 4 Felt Ties measure about 4 inches long.
