Issued to Irvin G Miller licensed to sell vinous, spirituous, malt or brewed liquors at retail for one year from April 1st in Berks County PA and signed by the Clerk of the Quarter Sessions. Really a rare piece of pre-prohibition memorabilia. Nice looking with most of the gold seal intact. It's about 8 inches tall and 13 1/2 inches wide. Some wear around the edges.
