There are two dark spots on the base skirt about 1/16-1/8" in size, visible on the left winch on the upside-down pic (no peeling around). Drum rub surface looks like new, no visible wear. Discoloration at the base seen on photos is brightwork varnish, easy to remove. Shipping by USPS will require additional five days for handling.
