Panini UEFA Champions League 1999 / 00 Football Sticker album complete

Description: This is for the Champions League (UCL) Panini sticker album as per title and pictures. Great album from the classic series which kept me busy as a child. This one was beyond my collecting period as a child but I picked it up later when I started collecting again as an adult. I believe this was the first of the UCL albums from Panini in the UK at least. I'm sure the sticker giants were pleased to have a route into the UK market given the Merlin/Topps stranglehold on the Premier League. Anyway, whatever the backdrop, this is a nice album. The stickers are large and bright with prominent headshots of the stars of the time. Barcelona as ever are prominent although this was before their heyday, too early for Messi & Ronaldinhio... but a young Xavi is there along with Figo, Rivaldo, Kluivert & some guy called Josep Guardiola (complete with full head of hair). The English reps like Arsenal & Man United were strong, the former with Henry & the gang, the latter with a pre-Ronaldo team featuring Keane, Scholes Giggs & Beckham. I could go on but I'll leave it there. Condition details are as follows :- Overall: Superb with no significant faults. Cover: Very nice. Very slight corner knocks. A small circular mark on the back cover near the staples. Internals : Nice and clean and tidy. Majority of stickers stuck straight.
