The pencil is fully functional. Condition report: Very good cosmetic condition. Black body and cap are good with the normal handling marks for a pencil this age and a couple of very fine scratches. Stamped "Parker Reg. TM Made in France". It probably dates to the late 1961's. All Gold trims are in Good condition with no tarnish. Clip is a nice fit and properly aligned. Black jewel securely fastened. There is a lead fitted and the mechanism appears to work properly. Approx 113 mm long. The mechanical pencil work with 1.1 mm Leads.
