What you see in the photos is what you get. Mounting Hardware includes two sets of screws: 4 - 12mm longer length, and 4 - 8mm shorter length for different applications. Includes 3mm Allen Wrench. The screw bolt pattern: slots on each cleat measure 5mm x 13mm. The distance between the two slots is 12mm. The total width allows a maximum of 38mm. These cleats are not compatible with current 2-Bolt SPD or current Standard 3-Bolt Look or SPD-SL applications. The slots do not line up with either. So, to be honest, I don't know what they fit. They must be specifically for old Vintage shoes prior to standardization of bolt patterns or Specialized Brand specific. So, if you have an old pair of vintage cycling shoes and they have an odd bolt pattern that won't accept the current cleats, these might just work for you. Please verify your shoes bolt pattern with the measurements I provided above to ensure proper fit. Very odd! They must be rare! Maybe, even a collectors item!
