Description: This ruler has been used lightly and does not have any scratches, which leads me to believe Lucite. Bausch and Lomb is faded from cover, but visible on end of ruler just very difficult to photo. Total length is approx. 12 1/4 ins. and 1 1/2 in including plastic case across. Numbers 0 thru 8 are strong in color red. I worked in the insurance office during that time which leads me to the time period stated. Please contact me with any questions or concerns.
