As long as it is sealed from the publisher it is considered new. We do not accept any returns on any magazine once you remove the plastic factory covering. Any publishing flaws made by the manufacturer of the magazine is not our responsibility. You are getting a brand new sealed magazine and once you open it you void the warranty of it being new/sealed.
