The DVD is only available with the limited edition versions of the release. Please note the DVD is in NTSC format, which is the North American standard. It will not play on PAL systems. Brand new, and since TKO Records doesn't use shrink wrap for these releases I was able to inspect and take pictures. $6.00 media mail shipping.
