Description: Pop Sugar rayon fit & flare dress that goes to about the knee depending on your height. Flowy rayon w/small ruffle at the bottom hem, this dress is flippy, flirty & feminine. Has a key-hole at the back neck w/loop & button--the button is on the inside & does not show, I was able to slip this over my head without using the loop & button feature. Has a fabric belt attached w/strings in the side seam. Purchased but never worn, I liked the idea of this dress but was not entirely a good choice for work due to nature of job activities. I am reluctant to let it go but am making tough choices w/my wardrobe due to space issues.
