I hand crafted it out of a vintage spoon that is from around the 1950's that came from Thailand and marked "Thailand" in the band. It is a size 11 and quality silverplate (has lasted wear for decades now!) It has a nice weight to it and could be a wonderful heirloom for you or a friend. It comes in a black gift box. Buddha means “one who is awake." Buddha, born with the name Siddhartha Gautama, was a teacher, philosopher and spiritual leader who is considered the founder of Buddhism. He lived and taught in the region around the border of modern-day Nepal and India sometime between the 6th to 4th century B.C. I only ship to the lower 48.
