You are bidding on an Ideal Bullet Sizer Sizing Tool 1891-1901 The sizing tool was manufactured between 1891-1948. Based on the New Haven CT imprint this tool was manufactured before 1926 (Lyman bought Ideal, Middlefield CT). The single line patent date places the tool at 1901 or earlier. This tool is considered a 2-3 on the 1-5 rarity scale offered by Rowe & Curtis. However, that applies to the entire time period. I suspect this early tool is quite a bit harder to locate than the 20th century versions. Very good condition with minor pitting. Includes single cutting die marked 360.
