THIS IS FOR LEGS/POSTS THAT ARE 1 " THICK. hollow, solid, steel or aluminum!BASE plate is 3x3 with (4) 3/8" HOLES FOR BOLTING DOWNSquare Tube is 1 1/2" x 1/4" thick welded to a base plate with set screw. You get 2- 6 1/2" high posts and any 1" post pockets INSIDE this Square tube base repair cover.Works on hollow or solid posts. Fill with a strong adhesive and tighten set screw on the side to re-secure railing leg.Then bolt down base plate with bolts provided.
