Description: This is not the ornament worlds fair balloon elves. This is the balloon elves that attach to the ferris wheel. Ferris wheel is not included. Just the elves and their balloons. The ferris wheel was unfortunately sold separately by previous owners. They are in pretty good condition. Minor fraying and bows need a little fluffing. They are roughly 16" tall with the bows on top. This ferris wheel edition is very rare. It's possible it could fit on the other ferris wheel with the sleds but I'm not sure you would need to measure it.
