Description: A nice black & white Real Photo Post Card of the Jefferson Davis Monument, Fairview, Kentucky as a Confederate Monument. The monument was finished in 1924. It currently is a Kentucky State Park. The obelisk is 351 feet tall. In 1973 it was the tallest concrete-cast monument in the U.S. and the fourth tallest monument in the U.S. It is unused, stamped on the front in ink, 'Jefferson Davis Monument height 351 ft.' The card is in good condition, small stain to the reverse. It will be mailed in 4 1/2 x 6 1/2-inch plastic baseball card holder. For reference see the book 'Confederate Monuments.' I only ship 1st Class Mail, as the USPS confirms delivery. I will accept returns, if I make a serious mistake in the description. No buyer's remorse.
