This has been tested on an Atari 2600, and does in fact play (see photos playing it on the tv). This is cartridge only. I do not believe this game was ever offered with a box in the first place, as it was a mail in order game from single developer. Shipping/transportation can be negotiated. I would prefer this to be a hand to hand local pickup transaction, but if it is going to be shipped it would be by Registered/insured mail.
