BASE plate is 3" with (4) 3/8" HOLES FOR BOLTING DOWNSquare Tube is 1 1/2" x 1/4" thick welded to a base plate. Tube is 3 3/4" high and a 1" solid or hollow square post pockets INSIDE this Square tube. Fill repair foot with strong adhesive or epoxy insert existing leg into bootMark and drill the holes with a 5/16 masonry bit and install the anchor boltsOne set screw is on the side to re-secure railing leg then bolt down base plate.
