No tears. It's very shiny and in great condition.There is a tiny particle underneath the seal outlined in photo 7.Also, a tiny crack on the lower back door edge of the case outlined in photo 8.The crack is inside the plastic. However, it hasn't chipped off. Both discs are securely in place. NOTE:Since this is a double disc jewel case game, there is a possibility that the discs can become loose from the holder while in transit. We will pack it securely to try and prevent this from happening. However, this is a non-returnable item and we will not be able to grant a return because the discs came loose from the case holder.
