This is a solid brass buckle with a darkened background, made by Award Design Medals, for Energy Gifts of Oklahoma City back in the late 1970s. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have some minor patina, and minor wear and tear from age or use. This buckle measures approximately 3-3/4" x 2-3/4", it fits up to a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 4 oz.
