Description: This Royal Copenhagen commemorative plate from 1924 is a beautiful addition to any collector's collection. The motif depicts two soldiers carrying a fallen comrade. Inscription: 1849 - 6 JULI - 1924. Made on occasion of the 75th anniversary of the battle of Fredericia. No chips to the plate. There is one tiny blue dot along the right hand side, see photo. 7 inch round plate. Beautiful deep blue coloring of the soldiers and wreath. Marked on the back with the Royal Copenhagen makers mark and three blue waves to symbolize authenticity.
