Clean collar from dirt. Do not wet. 2. Unscrew 4 screw from GPS antenna, cut cable. 3. Remove old glue from GPS antenna (you can use hairdryer with temperature not over 212 °F (100 °C) 4. Pull up GPS antenna module from top cover. Clean from old glue 5. Unsolder old cable. Please be carefully to prevent damage and lost small element on GPS antenna board. If they are damaged during the soldering process, the device will not work properly. 6. Use RG178 cable to soldering GPS module board. (item not include cable) 7. Assembly GPS module in reverse order. 8. Use not acid sealant for seal assembled GPS antenna. Recommended MS Polymer based sealant for electronics use. 9. Unscrew 8 screws from main unit. Pull up plastic cover. 10. Remove old sealant that protect cable of GPS antenna. 11. Carefully unsolder VHF connection pin and two pins of shocker transformer (if your collar TT10, TT15 or KT15). 12. Uscrew 4 small screw that hold main PCB on case (do not forget - one small also located under metal shield). 13. Carefully pull up Main PCB. Do not bend the board and do not press hard.14. On bottom part of PCB you can found connection of GPS cable. Remove sealant and unsolder old cable. Please be carefully to prevent damage and lost small element on main PCB. 15. Insert cable into the new band, solder and use same sealant for protect connection from water. 16. Assembly in reverse order. Apply sealant on cable hole for protect collar from water. 17. All done! Good job! Now your Garmin collar is in working condition and waterproof!
