This is a gray/gold and silver tone metal buckle with an ornate floral scroll design, marked: GP/SP, made by Award Design Medals, in the 1980s. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnishing, a dark patina, and some wear and tear from age or use. It will need a really good buff and polish if you want it to shine again. It measures approximately 3-3/4" x 2-3/4", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 4.3 oz.
