The 5540-10 is constructed of lightweight and non-conducting fiberglass. The steel point is replaceable and the included Topo boot threads onto the point when needed.The inner pole is dual graduated in 10ths and metric.Included is a 40-minute adjustable vial and an adjustasble 5/8 x 11 tip for your prism.Weighs 1.95 lbs.
