This reprint was published in 1998 by the Home School Legal Defense Association of Purcellville, Virginia. This book is in like-new condition and appears to have not been used. The hard covers and spine are very clean and do not exhibit wear and soil. The text block is tight and there are no loose or missing pages. Hinges are not cracked or damaged. End papers and pages are clean and free of soil, pen/pencil marks, names, inscriptions, and notations.
