Description: Sony Vaio SVE14AE13L Laptop Computer 500GB HDD 256GB SSD WORKING Disk Drive This is my old laptop. I upgraded years ago but forgot all about it. It still works! It does have some issues. They are: - The battery doesn't last very long. You basically have to leave this computer plugged in to use it. You get maybe 1 hour of time on the battery, fully charged. - The screen hinges are floppy. As you can see in pics, the plastic case is broken near both hinges. The computer still opens and closes and functions fine but it's a little wonky. - The screen has some small permanent marks. They may be removable but nothing I've tried has worked. - It has a lot of paint wear and cosmetic cracking/scrapes from heavy use (see pics). - One of the access panels on the bottom is missing a screw (easy fix if you can find the right size). - It CANNOT be upgraded to Windows 11 the way it sits - the components are too old and Windows won't allow it. - Comes with the original charging cable - it still works, but part of it has been repaired with electrical tape. The touch screen, track pad, and optical disk drive all still function. It runs pretty good for an older laptop running Windows 10. I wouldn't recommend this as a travel laptop since it's not in the best shape, but it'd make a great backup/stationary desk computer for someone on a budget. This was a great laptop in its day. It ran great and Sony made it easy for you to swap out and upgrade components as needed. I played games on it and it was a champ. Color is silver with purple accents. Fresh windows 10 install. 1 HDMI port, 1 Ethernet port, 4 USB-A ports, mic and headphones ports, onboard mic and Webcam, and 1 VGA port. Message me with any questions or concerns.
