Unread, bagged and boarded in tight 9.6 (Near Mint+) condition with sharp corners. Stored directly after it was delivered directly from Diamond and worthy of professional grading by CGC. There is a minor production printing mark on the back cover towards the bottom left corner. As this was caused in production, it would not be considered as a grade affecting defect by CGC.
