Description: #1505. An earlier Kramer. It’s Definitely been played and enjoyed. This bass was originally owned by Larry Marks, former bassist for Marty Stuart of county music fame. The bass was originally red and Larry said the finish chipped off and eventually he had it redone in natural oil. You can see videos online of Larry playing the (Red) bass. The damage was a done by him, so it was repaired decades ago, and still holding strong. I have been in touch with Larry, and have documentation of the communications.EMG pickups and a HAZ preamp. Plays and sounds great!! The “cracks” on the back of the headstock was repaired even before the prior owner before me. It’s only seems to be cosmetic at this point and can’t be seen from the front. I took extra photos so you can see all about that area of the neck. 3 Missing screws on back plate to electronics cavity.
